Back-up care

If you have caring responsibilities, whether for your children or for an adult, we know how stressful it can be when things go wrong. This benefit from Bright Horizons offers emergency care provision. It covers care provided by nannies, nurseries and play schemes for children aged up to 17 years and adult care provided by personal care assistants. 

Back-up care is designed to take away the stress and give you an alternative care solution when your usual arrangements break down unexpectedly.

All BNP Paribas employees are eligible for up to 20 credits per dependent per calendar year at no cost to you. Each credit can be used to cover:

• One day for playschemes, holiday clubs and nursery care
• Half a day for in-home childcare
• Half day for all adult care
