Designed to support employees’ transition into parenthood, as well as back into the workplace following their parental leave, Bright Horizons offer one to one coaching to support you on the path to parenthood and help you return to work with confidence, while maintaining a healthy work life balance. The coaching sessions are tailored to the individual, and can cover:
Employees taking any form of parental leave are eligible for up to 3 sessions of 1-to-1 coaching sessions (1 hour each).
