Coaching for parenthood

Designed to support employees’ transition into parenthood, as well as back into the workplace following their parental leave, Bright Horizons offer one to one coaching to support you on the path to parenthood and help you return to work with confidence, while maintaining a healthy work life balance. The coaching sessions are tailored to the individual, and can cover:

  • Setting clear plans and managing the lead up to your leave (maternity / paternity or co-parenting), considering all key parts of a successful transition and hand-over
  • Being equipped to set agendas for influential conversations with your line manager, clients and other professional counterparts and stakeholders
  • Helping to tackle concerns around the leave phase and feeling confident that your profession profile is maintained and career is kept on track
  • Defining career momentum and future career aspirations considering personal values and identity
  • Signposting to internal services to support you throughout your leave and upon return
  • For employees who are taking a shorter period of leave, they also offer a one off session to cover any topics raised by the employee

How to access

Employees taking any form of parental leave are eligible for up to 3 sessions of 1-to-1 coaching sessions (1 hour each).
