Menopause matters at BNP Paribas, and we understand it can bring physical and emotional challenges that impact your wellbeing. Our menopause benefits are designed to help you manage symptoms, access expert guidance, and feel empowered to prioritise your health and wellbeing throughout this stage of your life. This is highlighted by our Menopause Friendly Accreditation.
The Menopause Friendly Accreditation, established by Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace, recognises high standards and proven practices which embrace menopause in the workplace. To achieve the Menopause Friendly Accreditation, BNP Paribas was assessed by an independent panel and demonstrated evidence in our effectiveness in six key areas: culture, policies and practices, training, engagement, facilities and evaluation.
BNP Paribas have a dedicated menopause policy to support our employees in the workplace. The policy sets out BNP Paribas' commitment to supporting employees affected by the menopause. This includes supporting conversations between employees and managers, benefits, and how employees may be affected.
