Our musculoskeletal experts can help to contribute to a improving your muscle, bone and joint health, as well as support in musculoskeletal conditions with rehabilitation.
Nuffield Health offer both onsite and virtual Physiotherapy services to help with your musculoskeletal symptoms. At your initial assessment, they will assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause, then recommend a treatment plan for you. To access this service you will be required to have a General Practitioner (GP) referral.
Your Private Medical Cover with AXA Health is able to provide a self-referral through their muscles, bones and joints service. No General Practitioner (GP) referral is required. If, following accessing this service, you require further investigation, you will be advised on your cover.
Once you have your General Practitioner (GP) referral, contact AXA Health to check if you are covered for Physiotherapy on 0800 068 6255.

Contact Nuffield Health directly on 0345 045 4845 and self-pay for your initial assessment and follow-ups. A short telephone based triage assessment will take place to assess whether you require Physiotherapy.
The Nuffield Health team will then book your initial Physiotherapy consultation directly with the clinic (we recommend to state you have "on-site Physiotherapy at BNP Paribas, 10 Harewood Avenue"). For the first appointment, you will need to pay over the phone or in-person on-site in the Fitness & Wellbeing Centre using a credit / debit card. Cash is not accepted on-site.
Our on-site Fitness & Wellbeing Centre works closely with our on-site Physiotherapist, both run by Nuffield Health, to support you in your rehabilitation and beyond.
