Occupational health

Our Occupational Health (OH) service is delivered by HCA Healthcare UK. OH is a branch of medicine that deals with the prevention and treatment of job-related injuries and illnesses that effect people both in and outside of work.  

Conducting comprehensive risk assessments, providing confidential advice on managing chronic conditions, stress, and return‑to‑work plans, OH integrates medical expertise with practical workplace solutions, working with employees and managers to stay safe, healthy, and productive, and ensuring the organization meets its legal and ethical responsibilities for a thriving, resilient workforce.

OH provides support on or offsite for as to how best to support an employee with physical or mental health issues whilst at work or off sick.
