Face to face

Face to face private GP services is provided by HCA Healthcare UK and compliments your NHS doctor service. You will have access to:

  • An unrestricted number of consultations throughout the year
  • Private and repeat prescriptions
  • Consultant and specialist referrals
  • Physiotherapy
  • Chiropractic and osteopathy referrals
  • A full range of all blood and laboratory tests (lung, heart, hearing, travel advice and vaccinations – registered UK Yellow Fever Centre)
  • Contraception and antenatal care

Additional costs apply for some services. The core benefit cover is provided for yourself only, but you will have the option to select cover to include your dependants.

Book a face-to-face GP appointment

  • Call on 0345 437 0691 (option 1)
  • E-mail the HCA Bookings Team
  • Through the My HCA portal online
  • Download the 'My HCA' app (App Store and Google Play)

You will need to call / e-mail the HCA Booking Team first for your partner/parents to be able to access online.

The downloadable app from Livi gives you access to a GP via video conference or via chat for both you and your family, 24/7 365 days a year. This benefit compliments both your NHS doctor and the face-to-face service provided by HCA Healthcare UK.

Core benefit cover is provided for you, immediate family members such as a child or a spouse / partner, and your parent(s). Should you take up this benefit, you and your family will have access to an unrestricted number of consultations throughout the year.

Features include the ability to video call a doctor or have prescriptions ordered and delivered. Additional costs may apply for some of the services.

Book a virtual appointment - for you

Use the code BNPDOCTOR and follow these steps with Livi:

  1. Search for 'Livi' in the App Store of Google Play
  2. Register in the app, using your legal name - make sure your name and date of birth match what BNP Paribas has on file
  3. On the home screen, scroll down to 'Activate your membership' section then click 'Enter membership code'
  4. You will need to verify your identity - follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Click 'Start a booking' at the top of the screen
  6. Answer a few questions to help the Livi healthcare professional understand your condition
  7. Choose to queue and see the next available healthcare professional, or book a specific time that suits you

  1. Search for 'Livi' in the App Store of Google Play
  2. Register in the app, using your legal name - make sure your name and date of birth match what BNP Paribas has on file
  3. On the home screen, scroll down to 'Activate your membership' section then click 'Enter membership code'
  4. You will need to verify your identity - follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Click 'Start a booking' at the top of the screen
  6. Answer a few questions to help the Livi healthcare professional understand your condition
  7. Choose to queue and see the next available healthcare professional, or book a specific time that suits you

To add your children: Click the 'My profile' tab at the bottom of the screen and click 'Children', then enter their information. When you book an appointment, you will be able to select them as the patient.

Urgent care

BNP Paribas employees, their partners and children, can access a discounted rate at HCA Healthcare UK's Urgent Care Centres in London for initial consultations. They provide rapid access to a doctor for specialist medical care, and are able to treat a range of minor illnesses and injuries, including bladder and kidney problems, broken bones, chest infections and respiratory problems, flu symptoms and vaccinations, minor burns, wounds and injuries, persistent headaches, sports injuries, stomach problems, urinary infections and women's health conditions.

Any required treatment or tests will not be covered within the consultations and will be charegable at the full rate. If you have the Private Medical Health Cover benefit, you can speak to AXA Health to see if the treatment or test can be covered. Alternatively, you will be required to cover the cost yourself.

  • Adult clinics (anyone over the age of 18) are open for walk-in appointments. Call 020 3553 5287 to speak to HCA Healthcare UK about this service.
  • Paediatric clinics (anyone aged 17 and under) require an appointment - based at The Portland Hospital. To book an appointment call 020 7390 6150.
