The Fitness & Wellbeing Centre with Nuffield Health has a dedicated team of Wellbeing Advisors and Personal Trainers. As advocates on physical and mental wellbeing, the on-site gym offers state-of-the-art gym equipment, motivating staff and varied classes for all abilities.

GymFlex allows you and a partner to benefit from a UK-wide network of discounted annual gym memberships. Your membership is paid monthly and you benefit from a subsidy from the Bank. Participating clubs include: Pure Gym, Fitness First, DW Fitness, Virgin Active, David Lloyd and many more. Memberships prices vary and you can select for both you and a partner. Membership is available at anytime and is a 12-month commitment.
