BNP Paribas offers on-site and external gym membership discounts. From a state of the art on-site gym to multi-site membership, to access to a network of annual gym memberships, BNP Paribas provide flexibility for you to access gyms in and near work, or closer to home.

The on-site gym is located at 10 Harewood Avenue, London, and is delivered by Nuffield Health. To access the on-site gym:
1. Go to Spectrum and add the 'On-site gym membership' to your basket and submit
2. Visit the Fitness & Wellbeing Centre to complete some paperwork for your membership to be processed
3. Once you have registered, e-mail the Fitness & Wellbeing Centre or call on 0207 595 2810 to access the following services (some services may require additional fees):

The Onsite Fitness Centre with Nuffield Health has a dedicated team of wellbeing advisors and personal trainers. Membership is free and includes full access to the Fitness Centre and studio, and virtual classes available anywhere, anytime and on any device.
All permanent and full time contract employees can flex up to the multi-site membership at a discounted rate. You can opt for:
GymFlex allows you and a partner to benefit from a UK-wide network of discounted annual gym memberships. Your membership is paid monthly and you benefit from a subsidy from the Bank. Participating clubs include: Pure Gym, Fitness First, DW Fitness, Virgin Active, David Lloyd and many more. Memberships prices vary and you can select for both you and a partner.
This is separate from our Onsite Gym, although members of that facility can still select this benefit and take advantage of the discounted rates and National Insurance savings. Membership is available at anytime and is a 12-month commitment.
