BNP Paribas encourages as many employees as possible to use their volunteering days. All permanent employees and those on fixed-term contracts are entitled participate in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) volunteering programme.
CSR have a range of partner organisations who are working to change the world for the better. One day you might be in Regents Park, improving habitats for protected native species, the next you could be in prison supporting young offenders on the road to rehabilitation. Whatever you want to do, BNP Paribas provides plenty of opportunities.
Volunteering policy
The UK CSR team is here to help you maximise your positive impact. That's why we've produced the Charitable Engagement Policy, which must be adhered to when undertaking any kind of charitable engagement, including donations, fundraising, sponsorships, events, volunteering and services in kind.
You can donate to charities you are passionate about in a tax efficient way to any UK charity or cause recognised by HMRC, from schools to hospitals, religious organisations to community groups by selecting Give As You Earn. As donations would be taken before tax, your chosen charity would get the full donation.
