Our Wellbeing Champions are on hand to offer insights into our wellbeing initiatives in their business area. They are key to helping employees understand our support services and building a culture to have conversations about physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing.
Wellbeing Champions are responsible to help colleagues make the right decisions for their wellbeing, offering informed advice and a listening ear. They are available to be contacted during working hours. They cannot provide a diagnoses but can help to signpost to an appropriate service or benefit either delivered within BNP Paribas, or externally.
