Talking therapies

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a proven approach to improving mental wellbeing that can address a range of issues, such as anxiety and depression or can help with managing the general pressures of life and work. CBT enables you to focus on thoughts and behaviour patterns that are unhelpful, allowing you to break negative cycles.

HCA Healthcare UK offers face-to-face or virtual CBT sessions. The service is available to all permanent employees and those on fixed-term contracts and is a direct self-referral therapy, meaning you don't need to see a GP first or have pre-authorisation.
