We all need a deserving break. That's why we encourage to take your full entitled leave. You can also buy or sell annual leave.

It’s important for your wellbeing that you have time away from work to rest and recharge. From 1st January to 31st December, full time employees have an annual holiday entitlement on joining of 26 working days (plus public holidays) which increases with length of service.

You can change the number of day’s holiday entitlement you have for the following holiday year (1 January to 31 December) by buying or selling holiday. 

• You can buy up to 5 days subject to a maximum annual entitlement of 35 days, including any days you expect to, or may, carry forward from the previous holiday year.
• You can sell up to 5 days from your core holiday entitlement. If you work part-time this is pro-rated based on contractual hours. If you buy extra holiday, you need to make sure you take it during the holiday year.
