Fertility issues are extremely personal and can have a profound effect on wellbeing. Our benefits include information, advice and support for every stage of your fertility journey.
If you are undergoing fertility treatment, you are entitled to take up to five days’ paid leave in a calendar year in order to receive or recover from fertility treatment or attend associated appointments. Plus, if you are the partner of someone undergoing fertility treatment, you are entitled to take one day’s paid leave in a calendar year in order to attend appointments or support your partner.
The Peppy Health app gives you access to expert practitioners in the field for one-to-one chats and private video or phone consultations, unlimited access to virtual seminars and broadcasts, emotional support and a range of useful resources curated by Peppy experts and featuring evidence-based information aligned with NHS guidelines. These resources may help with talking to your GP or manager about your needs.
Peppy also offers tailored 4 to 8-week programmes featuring tutorials and practical advice from Peppy experts, along with access to moderated group chats where you can share your experiences and learn from others.
This service is anonymous and free to permanent and fixed-term employees and their partners*.

If you are a member of the BNP Paribas Healthcare Trust (UK Private Medical Benefit), you have access to support with investigations into fertility. If needed, members can apply the benefit towards the cost of the assisted fertility treatment too.
